Screen codex/task-running-v0-164-0

1 s after Ctrl+C while an approved command (sleep 20) runs. Ctrl+C does not stop the turn. It opens the dialog "Task is still running" in place of the input box, with "1. Cancel task", "2. Run in background" and "3. Exit", and the footer "enter select · esc back". The busy line and the footer "? for shortcuts" are not drawn. A digit acts at once. Measured with the scenario scenarios/codex/interrupt.sh.
