Screen codex/idle-v0-164-0

The idle screen of a new session in the default daemon mode: the welcome text, the box "› Ask Codex to do anything", the status line, and the footer "← for agents · ? for shortcuts" with "⚠ 1 warning · f2 to" at the right edge (cut at 120 columns). Measured with the scenario scenarios/codex/screens.sh (codex --sandbox read-only --ask-for-approval on-request) in a private tmux server with a throwaway HOME.
