Neovate Code 0.28.5 with no model shows a long framed list of providers; its top has scrolled out of the pane. Below the list are "Suggested actions:" with "/login - Configure API key for a provider" and "/model - Select a model to use", and below the frame an input line ">" between two rules, with the status line "[use /model to select a model] | example | 0.0K | 100% | 🆔 <hex>". The input line is empty. The other labels gave the same screen, except the eight hex digits after 🆔. The screen is the capture 20 s after the start, with no key sent, by scenarios/first-run.sh in the scenarios workflow run 41151440753 on the CI runner ubuntu-24.04 (x64), with a throwaway HOME, no login and no key.
