Screen gemini/trust-v0-66-0

Gemini CLI 0.66.0 asks the folder-trust question before a login. The logo, the tips and the line "Skipping project agents due to untrusted folder" are above a framed dialog with "Do you trust the files in this folder?" and three numbered options. The mark of the selected option is "●", not "❯". The options name the work folder (example) and its parent (work). Seven more labels gave the same bytes. On ubuntu-22.04 and ubuntu-22.04-arm, Gemini CLI also printed a color warning (trust-color-warning-v0-66-0). The screen is the capture 20 s after the start, with no key sent, by scenarios/first-run.sh in the scenarios workflow run 41142220844 on the CI runner ubuntu-24.04 (x64), with a throwaway HOME, no login and no key.
