Screen everycode/login-v0-6-196

Every Code 0.6.196 (npm @just-every/code, command coder) with no login shows ">_ Welcome to Code", "What can I code for you tonight?", and a menu with "> 1. Sign in with ChatGPT" and "2. Provide your own API key", and "Press Enter to continue". The words are near the first screen of Codex CLI. There is no input box. Four more labels gave the same bytes. On five labels (ubuntu-24.04, ubuntu-26.04, ubuntu-26.04-arm, macos-26 and macos-15-intel) the pane was still empty after 20 s. The screen is the capture 20 s after the start, with no key sent, by scenarios/first-run.sh in the scenarios workflow run 41151440753 on the CI runner ubuntu-22.04 (x64), with a throwaway HOME, no login and no key.
