Screen codex/warnings-v0-164-0

The Warnings view after F2: "Warnings · 1 of 1 · Startup", the warning text, and the footer "k keep & next · esc dismiss & close · ^o copy · ←/→ warning · ↓ scroll". The view replaces the box, so a reader must not type into it. Esc closes it. The warning here says that bubblewrap is not on PATH. Measured with the scenario scenarios/codex/screens.sh.
