Screen codex/approval-v0-164-0

The command approval dialog in the default daemon mode (codex --sandbox read-only --ask-for-approval on-request), after a normal turn. It draws in place of the input box: "Would you like to run the following command?", "Environment: local", "Reason: ...", "$ <command>", the three numbered options under the mark, and the footer "Press enter to confirm or esc to cancel". The capture holds no path, so it has no edit. Measured with the scenario scenarios/codex/deny.sh in a private tmux server with a throwaway HOME.
