Screen `claude/suggestion`

A framed input box that shows a suggestion that nobody typed. In a plain capture the suggestion looks like typed text. It is a minimal shape with rules of 8 characters. The version and the date come from the tg-bridge module docstring. `tests/test_sessions.py::test_a_suggestion_in_the_box_is_still_idle` asserts the state.
