An empty input box between two rules, with the idle footer. It is a minimal shape: each rule has 8 characters, so it is not the bytes of a capture. The version and the date come from the tg-bridge module docstring. `tests/test_sessions.py::test_an_idle_box_is_recognised` and `tests/test_claude_screen.py::test_classify_reads_a_screen_with_no_tmux` assert the state.
