Screen agy/question

The tool of agy that asks the user a question. The dialog draws in place of the input box. The pane was 120 columns wide. The number of rows was not recorded. `tests/test_agy_screen.py::test_a_dialog_that_asks_draws_in_place_of_the_box` asserts the state and that no framed box is on the screen. `tests/test_agy_screen.py::test_the_dialogs_give_the_question_that_the_chat_reads` asserts the options.
